Returns due to purchase cancellation will be accepted if the product does not correspond to the requested product (operational error), and it must be in the same condition in which it was received, without any damage to the packaging or signs of use of the product.

In case of return, due to manufacturing defect or withdrawal, in accordance with the conditions above, the refund of the corresponding amount will be made within 30 calendar days.

If you receive a damaged coffee box, but the coffee bag itself has not been damaged (torn, opened or punctured), we do not support it.
