Autumn has arrived and with it long sunny days and blue skies. Thinking about these light and clear days, we want to share the recipe for our apple, orange and star anise refreshment.

Ingredients: 500ml apple juice
400ml orange juice
4 star anise
250g sugar
peel of half an orange
Add all the ingredients to the pan, except the orange peel. Bring to a gentle boil, once it boils, turn off and add the orange peels. Wait for it to cool and store in a refrigerated place.
We recommend using 50g for 150 ml of sparkling water.
