Laurina
From the first time we tasted the Laurina variety, these small grains caught our attention and since then, year after year, we have purchased this Masterpiece batch from Daterra.
With delicate plants and naturally low in caffeine, Laurina (or Bourbon Pointu) brings a distinct and delicate coffee profile. Anaerobic fermentation with great expertise accentuates a milky acidity and highlights the fruity notes of pineapple in syrup and strawberry, all in a light and soft cup.
