Naomi Daterra
Here we have another batch of "Masterpieces" from the famous Daterra Farm. The Naomi variety is a cross between C. Arabica and Robusta with selections made by sumational variations, in a research partnership between Daterra and Lily. This variety was planted on Daterra farms in 1995, and today, they have plants in their fourth and fifth generations.
In the cup, you will find a lot of sweetness, fruity notes with a dairy touch, accompanied by striking flowers.

Daterra is a farm that focuses on sustainability and quality, with an experimental approach. Managed by Luís Pascoal, in 2003 they were the first coffee farm to receive the Rainforest Alliance certificate. Great care was taken to preserve the native flora and fauna of the Cerrado Mineiro, one of the most biodiverse regions in Brazil, in an attempt to cultivate in a collaborative way with nature.
